The Ansata Tarot was created to go with the German book Astrologie und Tarot by B. A. Mertz. The Ansata Tarot contains only the 22 major arcana cards. It emphasizes the relationship between tarot and astrology. Each card corresponds to one of the ten planets or twelve signs of the zodiac. The card's name, number and astrological sign are shown at the bottom. The Ansata Tarot comes in a plastic slipcase that opens to the side.
